- javitri/mace
- dalchini/cinnamon stick
- Button mushroom
- hara dhaniya/coriander leaf
- Green chillies
- Ghee/refined oil
- pyas/onion
- Tamator/Tomatoes
- fresh pudina/mint leaves
- Kaju/cashews
- Pani/water
- Ginger(Adrak)/Garlic(lehsun)
- Namak/salt
- Lal mirch/Red chilli powder
- Dhania powder/coriander powder
- Garam masala powder
- Kali mirch powder/black pepper powder
Step By Step Photos
1. 1/2 tea glass refined oil.
2. 3 tbsp ghee/clarified butter.
3. 3 tej patta(bay leaf)/4 hari ilaychi(green cardamom)/ 4-5 laung(cloves)/ 1 small javitri(mace)/ 1 inch dalchini cinnamon stick.
4.200 gram button mushroom.
5. add veggies.
6. slit green chillies.
7. Handful of fresh pudina/mint leaves.
8. 1/4 cup kaju / cashews.
9. Homemade ginger ( adrak ) paste and garlic lehsun ka paste.
10. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
11. Little salt/namak
12. Fresh dhaniya/coriander leaves.
13. 1/2 tsp lal Mirch/ Red chilli powder.
14. 2 tsp dhaniya/coriander powder.
15. 1 tsp Garam masala.
16. 1/2 tsp kali mirch/black pepper powder.
17. Glass basmati rice,soaked for 20 miniutes in water.
18. 1 tbsp salt/ namak.
19.add rice.
20. Mushroom biryani recipe ready.
