In this youtube video i have shown sabudana paratha recipe or how to make thalipeeth vrat ka khana . This paratha can be eaten during fast like Navratri ke vrat ka khana , shivratri fast , krishna janmashtami also. This is Satvik Khana made without spices and very less oil. We used so many fresh herbs like spinach , Dill , Fenugreek so healthy recipe it is. Sago Thalipeeth is very popular dish of Maharashtra, so i made this sabudana recipe same way. We use cashew nuts in this recipe which is quite nutritious and energy booster. This is one of very useful sabudana recipes .

Recipe Ingredients
- Buckwheat Flour/Fast flour
- Crushed Black Pepper
- Green Chillies
- Mashed Potatoes
- Soaked Sago/tapoica pearles
- Chopped spinach
- Fenugreek leaf
- Dill leaves
- Choped cashews/peanuts
- Salt
- Kneed dough
- Ghee/Oil
Step By Step Photos
1. 5 tbsp buckWheat Flour.
2. 1/4 tablespoon crushed black pepper
3. 2 Green chillies
4. add 3 Mashed potatoes.
5. 1/2 cup soaked sago/tapioca pearls
6. 1 cup chopped spinach.
7. Half cup fresh fenugreek leaf.
8. Half cup dill leaves.
9. 2 tbsp chopped cashews.
10. You can add salt as per your taste.
11. Knead dough without adding water.
12. Apply some oil on your palm.
13.make roundels/ apply oil on the back of plate.
14. Presently gently with the help of your hand.
15. Cook it on non sticky pan.
16. Cook 2 to 3 minutes both side.
17. Apply little of oil.
18. Sabudana paratha is ready.
