This is full proof recipe for shahi paneer , it tastes amazing like shahi paneer dhaba style.

Recipe Ingredients
Tomato - 2 medium
Pyaz - 1 big
Kaju - 10-12
Shahi Jeera - 1/2 TSP
Normal Jeera- 1/2 TSP
Lehsun - 6-7 kali (garlic cloves)
Namak - As per your taste
Adrak - 1 inch
Jayfal/Nutmeg Powder- 1/8 TSP
Hari Ilaychi Powder (Green cardamom)- 1/4 TSP
Kasuri methi- 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala- 1/4 TSP
Butter - 2 tbsp
Refined Oil or Ghee- 4 TBSP
Haldi - 1/4 tsp
Hara dhaniya - 1 tbsp
Paneer - 250 gm
Khoya - 50 gm
Honey/ Cheeni - 1/2 tbsp
Kesar - 6-7 dhaage
Cream - 4 tbsp plus 2 tbsp for garnish
Paani - 1.5 -2 cup
Khade/Akkhe masale : Dalchini 1 inch
Hari Ilaichi - 2
Tej Patta -1
Shukhi Lal mirch- 2
Laung - 2
Kali Ilaichi - 1
Chakraful - 1
Kashmiri lal mirch - 1\2 tbsp
Step By Step Photos
1. Adding 2 tablespoon refined oil on pan

2. Add One tablespoon butter

3. Add some jira / cumin seeds

4. Add two or three chooped onions.

5. Add one inch ginger.

6. Add one handful garlic.

7. Add two or three chopped tomatoes.

8. Add one tej patta / bay leaf

9. Add two red chilli / sukhi laal mirch

10. Add one black cardamom.

11. Add two green cardamom.

12. Add one chakri phool.

13. Add two cloves.

14. Add 10-12 kaju / cashew

15. Add 1 tablespoon salt

16. Add 1/4 tablespoon each turmeric powder (haldi), red chilli powder (laal mirch), garam masala

17. Add water and stir well.

18. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.

19. Take out cinnamon chakri phool and bay leaf

20. Puree it.

21. Add more water while blending if required.

22. Filter the blended gravy.

23. Add 2 tablespoon refined oil in cleaned pan.

24. Add 1 tablespoon butter.

25. Add 1 tablespoon red chill powder / laal mirch.

26. Add little bit coriander.

27. Add 250 grams paneer (cottage cheese).

28. Add 50 grams mawa / khoya.

29. Add filtered gravy on this.

30. Add 7-8 kesar.

31. Add pinch of jaiphal / nutmeg powder.

32. Add pinch of green cardamom powder (hari elaichi ka powder).

33. Add 1/2 tablespoon kasuri methi powder (fenugreek leaves powder).

34. Add 1/2 tablespoon salt according to your taste.

35. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

36. Add 1/2 tablespoon honey.

37. Add 4 tablespoon fresh cream.

38. Shahi paneer is ready.
