Recipe Ingredients
- Poha / Flattened Rice
- Chawal / Rice
- Urad Dal / Skinless Black Lentil
- Chana Dal / Chickpea Lentil
- Methi Dane / Fenugreek Seeds
- Tomato
- Green Chilli
- Garlic Cloves
- Ginger
- Coriander
- Spinach
- Cumin Seeds
- Red Chilli
- Salt
- Grease
- Oil
Step By Step Photos
1. Take 1 cup poha / flattened rice
2. Add 3 cup of chawal / rice.
3. Add 1 cup of urad dal / skinless black lentil
4. Add handful of chana dal / chickpea lentil
5. Add 1 tablespoon methi dane / fenugreek seeds
6. Wash all mixtures twice.
7. Soak this mixture into water upto 3 hours.
8. Add 1 tomato, 2 Green Chillies, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Inch Ginger, handful fresh Coriander and Spinach leaves.
9.Adding 1 tablesppon Cumin Seeds
10. Adding 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder and Salt to taste.
11. Greasing non stick pan.
12. Pour and spread the mixture on pan
13. Bake mixture on medium high flame
14. Pouring little Oil.
15. Dosa is ready.
